Featuring Coldwell Banker La Grange's "Deal or No Deal" where the visitors will be able to guess the price of a house that has been sold in the area. They will have to be within $5000 of the sold price of the house in order to open up a case. There will be various prizes in the cases and a grand prize in one of the cases.
